Global Health Advocacy seminar: “Patient safety in low and middle income countries: Ethics and the junior doctor’s responsibilities”

This is the third in this year’s Global Health Advocacy seminar series held jointly by the Royal College of Physicians and the Alma Mata Global Health Network. This seminar will focus on patient safety in low and middle income settings. Exploring the challenging scenarios and ethical issues that doctors may be faced with when working overseas. Chaired by Professor John Porter (LSHTM), with Gareth Walker (Doctors of the World UK), Dr. Julian Sheather (BMA), Mr. Michael Stark (DfE/DfID/DoH) and Dr. Gareth Lewis (RCPCH).
